How to Wear Your AFI Merch, From Show Night to Winter
Merch isn't just for the show. Your favourite AFI piece can work all year if you style it right. Here are a few easy ideas from the AFI Merch team.
Show night: keep it light
Tee and dark denim. A softstyle tee is light enough for a long night in a packed venue. Add black jeans and boots, and you're ready.
After the show: layer up
A crewneck over your tee. When the night turns cold, a crewneck sweatshirt keeps you warm without hiding the design. Tie it around your waist until you need it.
Cold days: the hoodie
A hoodie with everything. A fleece hoodie works over a tee, under a jacket, or on its own on the sofa with Sing the Sorrow on repeat.
Logo or artwork?
Pick your volume. The Bold Logo and Blackletter Logo designs are simple and easy to wear every day. Artwork like Pink Sunburst, Intertwined Figures or I Remain is bigger and made to be noticed.
Front or back?
Show both sides. Several designs have a different design on the back, from the leaping hares on 20 Years Underground Monogram to the cloaked figures on Burials Eclipse. An open jacket shows off the front; take it off and the back does the talking.
